As a Buyer focused real estate agency we believe that the buyer benefits most when they choose a local real estate buyer side expert to make a knowledge based decision when purchasing real estate. We choose to NOT offer traditional listing services. We help the buyer find all properties that meet their home buying goals no matter who's sign is in the front yard, and then navigate the due diligence inspection and evaluation of the home and price to get the most benefit for our client the home buyer.

SIMPLY, we represent you. We do not bind you to a buyer agreement, as some buyer agents do as a standard practice. We will earn your trust and loyalty by the benefit we bring you and the service we provide.

HOW A BUYER'S AGENT GETS PAID?  We welcome your questions about how we are compensated, and if there is ever a time when you may be obligated to a fee or commission. The quick answer is - in a typical transaction we are compensated like every other Realtor, by the agreement the listing agent has with the seller, however there may be an advantage when negotiating with a for sale by owner property or bank for you to pay a fee, which is negotiable, however you will be advised before, and we only will proceed with your permission and your agreement.
